Not receiving CDP measurement

brand new unit out of the box not receiving CDP measurements, have tested and this is definitely available on the network?

How long did you let it sit?  CDP sometimes takes awhile.  Any dumb-switch or Ethernet extender device in-between your Pockethernet and the switch port?  You've confirmed CDP is turned on in the switch and you are plugged into that switch, not something else?
