Can you have a look in itunes and see if the reports show up there? (itunes -> apps -> Pockethernet app) There should be a list of documents which include all saved reports.

Hi jboxtel,

Thanks,

Hi,

I had the same issue of loosing reports after a crash.
Do the reports show up in iTunes on OS X - because I cant see them!
No Apps section either on phone or local.

Hi, I've got the exact same problem loosing the reports. Plug in your iphone and look at the left side of itunes. You'll have several menus, go into "file sharing" or something like that, just after "infos" (i've got itunes in french sorry).

You will have apps at the center screen.

Ah!
That put me on the right path.

I was in iTunes > Library and looking at left hand side under devices.
I needed to go into the device (by clicking the iPhone icon to left of Library menu across top)
Then on the left you see File Sharing > pick PocketEtherent and report show on the right.
